Got tired of the treason, Your Reasons, For feeling all alone. And I’m workin, and I’m fallin, Callin’ you down, But Leavin you at home. I don’t have no have reasons why, I don’t. I don’t have no reason to lie. You’re face down in the water, I can see the bubbles burst, So, I know you're still alive. And I can see you looking over, Pretending to be hurt, But I never hear you cry. Got tired of the reasons, Believin’. In the over analyzed. And the demons, that were reapin’, Secretions, Wait patiently in line. I don’t have no have reasons why, I don’t. I don’t have no reason to lie. You’re face down in the water, I can see the bubbles burst, So, I know you're still alive. And I can see you looking over, Pretending to be hurt, But I never hear you cry. Got tired of the treason, Your Reasons, For feeling all alone.

I was thinkin’ there’d be someone, I was thinkin’ it’d be you. Laying face down in a highway. If it's all the same to you. I was lookin' for a reason, And the notion left me high. Now I’m comin’ down from no one. But you sent me on the rise If it's all the same to lie. Take me with you, have me over. Let me live in for awhile. For the thrill of tasting stable If it's all the same to lie. Passing towns induce the mantra. Tame the drifter in my skin. I'm on repeat losing interest. To be all the same again. It’s a little late now, Miss Surrender. It’s a little late past turning back. It’s getting’ time at night when moonlight runs the weather. Ain’t no temptin’ in the black. Take me with you, have me over. Let me live in for awhile. For the thrill of tasting stable But you sent me on the rise, If it's all the same to lie.

Thrown Away 03:00
Tell me your name. Tell me something quite the same. Tell me something more, Like you did before. I’m floating out in emptiness, The van won’t pull over for this. I’m headed for the moon. I hope to see you soon. Yes, I’m thrown away on lovin’. And I’ve gotten tired of you. Yes, I’m thrown away on lovin’ What can I do? What can I do? Temped talking makes me dry. The flaking pieces fall and fly. I want to shed anew, Give into something true. But the fall away deceives me, Returning you. I’m Headed for the moon I hope to see you soon. Yes, I’m thrown away on lovin’. And I’ve gotten tired of you. Yes, I’m thrown away on lovin’ What can I do? What can I do? When I say, it’s over now. You can’t handle it. When I say, it’s over now, I am done Yes I’m thrown away on lovin’. And I’ve gotten tired of you. Yes I’m thrown away on lovin’

I stumble easily through broken shards of glass. There was an in depth to this story. No shocking anecdotes, just only what we have. I’ll be glad when shame rolls through. I’ll be needing you as I’m falling down the stairs Wandering through and feeling lonely. I got a feeling that this water’s turning black. It makes me susceptible too. And you’ll need me as your walking down the stairs, And you’ll pass by me and someday you will care. This anecdote of freedom leaves me in the dark, Forgetting all those empty promises. And you're wondering why I lay here on the stairs. Pretending I’m not the one who needs.

I was feeling plenty, I was feeling down. Came up behind me, told me I was found. I felt the tear and the seam go long. Who’s to blame when no one’s around It’s getting worse with the stash running low I'm stacking crumbs, a slice coming slow We’re not in agreement, ‘cause you're not there. We stained the bed sheets, but I don’t care. Leave a light on and I’ll be home, You won’t forget me I’m too much fun. I’d leave it on, but we’re too fuckin’ broke, To waste good money on hallmark anecdotes. Leave a light on and I’ll be home. What’s salvation? Where is the drop? We face the music knowing it never stops. It’s not a rescue, we know where we are. It’s when the song ends without an applause. I felt the tear in something you said. Get out your thimble and pass me a thread now. Leave a light on, and I’ll be home, You won’t forget me I’m too much fun. Who are you kidding, you fall asleep in your clothes. With all the lights on, your hair in rows. I’m wanting to see you, but there’s no time. I’m wanting to see you, but there’s no time. I wait to see you home, the bottles empty I'm alone. I wake to leave you but there’s no time Leave a light on and I’ll be home, You won’t forget me I’m too much fun. Leave it on, if just in your eyes, The spot for me where I know I’m alive. Leave a light on, and I’ll be home. Leave a light on and I’ll be home.

I put a briefcase in the window, An attempt to hide the sun. Climbing on a rung-less ladder, Is easy when you're young. But I keep turnin’ up on time, Measuring things that don't deserve. God behold the dipped statistic, Out the window like a bird. Every day is something special. Every day is something weird. Riding round in this time cap, Wondering what is real. So, I change my location, An attempt at point of view. I read a book on inner calmness, It reminded me of you. I wanna own the breezes, The sand beneath my toes. I wanna taste the freedom, Of never being owned. I wanna find the city, The city that I love. How long can I stay, How long can I run. Every day is something special, Every day is something weird. Riding round in this time cap, Wondering what is real.
